Why a focused tool

Just the audience. Nothing to replace.

Only the changes

Upload a new version and only the added and removed rows are sent.

No pixel, no cookies

Nothing to install on your website. Audiences come only from files you upload.

No cut of your ad spend

You pay for Audience Sync, never a percentage of what you spend on ads.

Works with any list

If you can export it to CSV or Excel, you can turn it into an audience. No platform to roll out.

Mapping and cleanup

Messy files in. Clean audiences out.

  • Column mapping. Recognizes common header names for company name, website, email, name and country. You confirm before anything is sent.
  • Website domains. Strips http, www and page paths, so "https://www.example.com/about" becomes "example.com".
  • Countries. Turns country names into 2-letter codes.
  • Duplicates and bad emails. Removes duplicate rows and skips emails that aren't valid.
  • Skipped rows reported. You see which rows were left out and why.

Cleanup follows fixed rules, the same for every file. Nothing is guessed, and no outside data is added.

Questions teams ask first

Which files work?

CSV and Excel (.xlsx). For Excel, you pick the sheet and the row that holds the headers. One file builds one audience.

How do I update an audience?

Upload a new version of the file. Audience Sync compares it with the previous version and sends only the rows that were added or removed. You can also add or remove a single row by hand in the app.

How long until an audience is usable?

The first upload goes out right away. Matching usually takes 24 to 48 hours, and the audience needs at least 300 matched members to run.

Do you store email addresses?

No. We hash them with SHA-256 as soon as they arrive and keep only the hash.
